Arthroscopic Leg Holder

The Arthroscopic Leg Holder delivers rigid, ultra-precise patient stabilization for arthroscopic and minimally invasive knee procedures. Its robust clamshell-style framing—equipped with spring-loaded braces and a wraparound VELCRO®-brand strap—ensures uncompromised stability. The included pressure-relief foam pad enhances patient comfort without sacrificing support, and the unit mounts securely via a 5/8″ (1.6 cm) post (Schure Socket XL required; sold separately).

Schure Grip Leg Holder

For unmatched adaptability, the Schure Grip Leg Holder delivers 360° brace rotation and expansive width adjustment—from 3″ (8 cm) to 11″ (28 cm)—accommodating a broad profile of patient anatomies. Crafted in stainless steel, it supports ACL, arthroscopic, and other complex orthopedic procedures with precision. Operation is intuitive: twist a brace handle down, position the limb, then twist back up and slide horizontally to lock firmly in place. It includes a mounting post and requires Schure Socket XL (sold separately).

Schure Foot

Purpose-built for total knee replacement and foot procedures, the Schure Foot is available in stainless steel or radiolucent Lexan®. The Lexan® variant combines rigid support with X-ray transparency, enabling uninterrupted imaging during surgery. Each version includes a disposable, conductive, non-latex foot pad and installs via a Schure Socket XL connection (not included).

Well-Leg Holder

The Well-Leg Holder promotes surgical efficiency by comfortably supporting the unaffected leg during arthroscopic and fracture procedures. The low-profile foam design stabilizes the well limb while allowing unimpeded access to the operative side. It mounts via standard rail attachment and ensures stability without interference.

Extremity Positioner

The Extremity Positioner offers a versatile, water-resistant support platform for precise foot or ankle positioning. Its sealed seams facilitate easy cleansing, and the rigid, padded body underpins secure positioning during prep and surgery.

Saphenous Vein Harvest Pad

Engineered for coronary bypass preparation, the Saphenous Vein Harvest Pad maintains the leg in externally rotated, slightly flexed posture for optimal vein exposure. The multi-directional stretch cover, conforming foam, and firm base create both surgeon-friendly access and patient comfort, with seamless, watertight construction for durable cleanability.

The complete Peg Board Lateral Positioning system includes:

Lateral Positioners

The Lateral Positioners provide dynamic, patient-conforming support using three swivel braces with deluxe foam pads. These units offer full lateral stabilization and easy adaptability during positioning, connecting through a 5/8″ (2 cm) stainless-steel post and Schure Socket XL (sold separately).

Lateral Braces

For comprehensive lateral support, the Lateral Braces system uses three multi-axis braces, pressure-relief foam, and a secure mounting mechanism. This setup is ideal for lateral positioning in complex procedures where absolute stability is essential.

Toboggan Arm & Leg Guards

Designed for lateral stability and patient protection, these Toboggan Arm & Leg Guards feature cushioned, toboggan-style pads that slide comfortably under arms or legs. Available in four sizes, they enable efficient surgical access while safeguarding against pressure injuries.

Anesthesia Screen

The Anesthesia Screen is a polished stainless steel adjustable barrier that raises from 15″ to 33″ (38 cm–84 cm). It enables visual and physical separation between surgical and anesthesia zones while maintaining sterility and facilitating anesthetic access.

Elbow Arthroscopy Support

This pivoting Elbow Arthroscopy Support secures the upper extremity with precision and adaptability. It includes a durable, removable deluxe pad for cleaning, and attaches safely via Schure Socket XL—ideal for manipulation during elbow procedures.

Comfort Mat

No-slip and chemical-resistant, the 20″ x 33″ (51 cm x 84 cm) Comfort Mat is ideal at scrub sinks, nurse’s stations, or at O.R. tables. Helps reduce fatigue, pain, and discomfort associated with standing for long periods of time. Custom sizes available.

Safety Draw

Safety Draw maintains sterility while allowing access to non-sterile vials at the patient’s bed or during surgical procedures. This protects both patient and staff by helping to prevent dangerous medication mix-ups, as well as needlesticks.

Wrist Tower

The wrist traction configuration offers a variety of positioning capabilities. You can apply traction by simply dialing the knob from 0-25 lbs (0-11 kg). Pronation and Supination can be easily controlled by the surgeon’s preference and locked in place.

Multi-Axis Arm Positioner

This advanced Multi-Axis Arm Positioner features ball-socket movement for exact angular adjustment in seated, lateral, prone, neuro, or park-bench orientations. Its structure accommodates a wide range of motion, includes a deluxe pad, and affixes via the Schure Socket XL post system.

Restraint Straps

The Restraint Straps ensure secure and gentle fixation of patients during steep positioning, using durable, non-latex tie-downs with or without hooks. Engineered for easy attachment and removal, they provide peace of mind without compromising sterility.

Premium & Reusable Head & Chin Straps

Premium Head & Chin Straps hold the head securely during the operative procedure. Soft and pliable hook & loop brand fasteners attach easily to the head frame.

Disposable Face Masks

Disposable Face Masks hold the head securely in the proper patient position during surgical procedures. Hook and loop fasteners are soft and pliable and attach easily to the head frame.

Disposable A-Line Positioners

These disposable A-Line Positioners provide secure, sterile support for arterial line placement. Available in case packs, they are designed for single use, eliminating contamination risk and ensuring precise catheter stabilization.

Schure Strap Brand Rolls
